If you’ve already placed your order but wish to change the payment method, the only other option is a bank transfer. Please use your 8-digit order code as the reference when completing the bank transfer so we can link the payment to the correct order.
If you wish to use any other payment method, then you should cancel the order, either manually in the ‘Order History’ section of your account or by contacting Azarius customer service.
Azarius accepts a wide variety of credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa. If your payment card fails, you can use the ‘Reorder’ option on the ‘Order History’ page of your account. If the payment fails again, please use an alternative payment method.

The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the payment method. Bank transfer refunds should appear within 5 working days, while credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days.
