If you have already completed payment for the order but wish to add or remove products, you should contact Azarius customer service as soon as possible so that we can amend the order before our warehouse team picks it up.
If you haven’t completed the payment, navigate to the 'Order History' section of your Azarius account, cancel the order, and place a new one with the amended items.
You can cancel the order manually if you’ve not completed the payment. Navigate to the ‘Order History’ section of your Azarius account and click ‘Cancel Order’. If you have completed the payment, please contact Azarius customer service, who will happily assist you with your request.
Browse the Azarius website and select the items you want to buy. On each product page, click ‘Add to Basket’. Once you’re happy with your order, select ‘Checkout’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
All orders must meet the minimum spend threshold of €25 (incl. VAT). You cannot complete the checkout process if your order is below this value.
Azarius offers a wide selection of products and ships to countries all over Europe. However, as product regulations are country-specific, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the local authority for more details.
Azarius allows you to duplicate any previous order by navigating to the ‘Order History’ section of your account and selecting 'Reorder'. Once selected, you can add or remove products before clicking ‘Checkout’ and following the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
If you’ve already placed your order but wish to change the payment method, the only other option is a bank transfer. Please use your 8-digit order code as the reference when completing the bank transfer so we can link the payment to the correct order.
If you wish to use any other payment method, then you should cancel the order, either manually in the ‘Order History’ section of your account or by contacting Azarius customer service.
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order but have not completed the payment, navigate to the ‘Order History’ section of your account and cancel the additional order. If you have completed the payment, you should contact Azarius customer service as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order before our warehouse team picks it up.
If payment has been completed and the order is being prepared by our warehouse team, you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to change the delivery address before the courier arrives. If the order is still awaiting payment, please email Azarius customer service with the updated delivery address. You can check the status of your order at any time by navigating to the ‘Order History’ section of your account.
If an order is delayed for any reason, you’ll receive an email with updated delivery times. If you wish to amend or update your order because of the delay, please reply to the delivery update with the relevant details. If you want to place a new order, please contact Azarius customer service as soon as possible so we can cancel the delayed order.
All order confirmations are sent via email, so please check that the email address on your account is correct and that the email has not automatically entered your spam inbox. You will also find the details of your order in the ‘Order History’ section of your account, including its current status. If you’re still unable to find confirmation of your order, then please contact Azarius customer service for more information.
