Once payment is received, most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please also be aware that if you place an order on Friday, it won’t be collected by the courier until the following Monday.
Where applicable, orders can be delivered to a collection point for your convenience. This service is currently available in the Netherlands, France, Belgium, and Spain. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver goods to P.O. box addresses.
Once the courier collects your order, you’ll receive an email with the relevant tracking details. You can also track your order by searching for it in the ‘Order History’ section of your account. Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours to ship an order once payment is received.

Currently, Azarius ships to many parts of Europe and the United Kingdom. For full details of the countries we ship to, see our Shipping Information page. Please be aware that if your country is not on the list, we cannot ship there.
We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of payment. However, once collected, local courier times may vary. We recommend that you check the country-specific delivery times on our Shipping Information page for more details. Please be aware that all shipping times are estimations, and we always do our best to meet these expectations.
Once your order is processed, you can only change the delivery address if it has not been picked up and prepared by our warehouse team. If this is the case, please contact Azarius customer service as soon as possible. However, once the order has been prepared for delivery or collected by the courier, we are unable to make changes.
To check the status of your order, navigate to the ‘Order History’ section of your account.
To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet a minimum spend threshold. Please be aware that the free shipping values differ by country, so visit our Shipping Information page for more details. You will also be informed at checkout if the minimum spend threshold for free delivery has been met, provided you are logged into your Azarius account when you complete the order.
Unfortunately, we cannot pass on specific delivery instructions to the courier. As such, you must ensure you’re home to receive the delivery or leave a note for the delivery driver at your address. Please be aware that we accept no responsibility for failed deliveries due to restrictions or amendments.
All orders placed with Azarius are shipped using discreet packaging. Smaller items are shipped in plain, padded envelopes, and large items in a sturdy cardboard box. There is no evidence of the products purchased on the outside of the delivery.
However, for UK customers, we have to provide a customs receipt on the outside of the package. This does not list specific products, but we are legally required to state the product category. You can find full details of our discreet shipping policy on our Shipping Information page.
